APC 2021 provides an Early Registration Fee from August 9 (Mon.) to October 8 (Fri.) October 17 (Sun.), 2021 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.
